Avacado toast with Omelette

Here is a quick way to make your breakfast interesting and comforting. Believe me, your day will be much better when your tummy is happy ;)Â
Ingredients
For the Omelette
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Milk
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut oil
- A pinch of Pepper
For the Avacado Toast
- 1 Sliced Avacado
- A pinch of Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Slices Bread (Any type)
- Butter Per your preference
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Tomato
Method
Preparing the Omelette
- 1)
Whisk the eggs, salt and milk in a cup and keep aside
- 2)
Heat coconut oil in a pan and keep it on lowest flame
- 3)
Add the whisked eggs, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the top of the omelette is just done and not runny
- 4)
Now transfer the omelette to a plate and garnish with pepper
Preparing the Toast
- 1)
Toast the bread in a toaster or on the stovetop until its light brown
- 2)
Butter the bread and place the avacado slices and the tomatoes on the bread
- 3)
Sprinkle the salt and pepper and the salt
- 4)
Enjoy omelette and toast
